And The Next Bachelor 2014 Is... 'Bachelorette' Fan-Favorite Farmer Chris Soules

The next 'Bachelor 2014' has finally been revealed, and ABC really knows how to choose someone who is not that hard to fall in love with. So who is the next 'Bachelor 2014?'

As oppose to earlier speculations that the next 'Bachelor 2014' is someone else, it was leaked today that the next titular hunk is no other than last season's 'Bachelorette' fan-favorite contestant, Chris Soules.

Prior to the announcement, the runner-up from Emily Maynard's 'Bachelorette' season, Arie Luyendyk Jr. already hinted that Soules is going to be the next 'Bachelor 2014.'

I'm not the Bachelor, have fun on the farm people," Luyendyk tweeted, obviously referencing to the 32-year-old farmer from Arlington, Iowa.

While ABC is yet to announce the news, a rep for 'The Bachelor' franchise already confirmed the Soules' casting to HuffPost Entertainment, noting that the official announcement will be done this Wed, Aug. 27 on "Good Morning America."

It can be noted that in the recently concluded 'Bachelorette,' Soules made it to the hometown dates with Andi Dorfman but was sent home prior to the "Fantasy Suite" week.

For weeks since Andi's season wrapped up, Chris Soules has been rumored to be the next 'Bachelor 2014.'

Famous spoiler site Reality Steve even revealed that Soules has already signed on to play the next 'Bachelor 2014' and that filming for the new season has already begun at the Iowa State Fair, where Soules met Rick Perry. "This is his gig if he wants it," noted Reality Steve.

Early this summer, Soules also hinted to the Des Moines Register that becoming the next 'Bachelor 2014' made sense to him.

It was a good opportunity for a guy like me," he said. "And it's an even better opportunity to be on the other side, where you have the opportunity to meet 25 incredible women. So yeah, I would definitely consider it."

Meanwhile, Marquel Martin has recently opened up about losing his chance to play the next 'Bachelor 2014' after he agreed to appear on the spinoff series 'Bachelor in Paradise.'

"I don't think people love me anymore after Bachelor in Paradise," Marquel said in a recent radio show interview, adding that his chances to be the next titular 'Bachelor' have gone down the drain because of his casting for the show's spinoff.

So be ready to fall in love with a farmer America because the next 'Bachelor 2014' is Chris Soules.
