Though Zara Phillips-Tindall is well-known for her riding skills and Prince Harry is famous for his penchant for polo, the royal cousins together with other celebrities took part in an energetic practice session of murderball to promote the Invictus Games for wounded, sick and injured military personnel from 13 nations.

Prince Harry teamed up with his cousin Zara and the England World Cup winner Jason Robinson to take a team featuring Zara's husband Mike Tindall and Olympic medalists Dame Kelly Holmes and Denise Lewis for a robust murderball match in front of a 7,000-strong crowd at the Copper Box Arena in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in East London.

Prince Harry's cousin 33-year old Zara Phillips-Tindall and her husband Mike Tindall, 35-year old proved that all is fair in love and war as they contrived to beat each other on the court at the Invictus Games.

Team Invictus includes Prince Harry and Zara Phillips-Tindall; it was managed by another England rugby star, Jonny Wilkinson, while their rivals, Team Endeavor were coached by Sir Clive Woodward, who steered England to rugby World Cup grandeur in 2003.

Prince Harry notched the first try for his Team Invictus side, drawing a thunderous cheer from the spectators, and then Mike Tindall advanced getting on the score sheet for Team Endeavor.

The exhibition game was presented as a curtain raiser for the murderball final completion, a mêlée between mixed sex teams from Great Britain and the USA. Other famous spectators at the Games included Harry's Middleton relations, Pippa and James, who joined Peter and Autumn Phillips to see the rugby.

Scotland Yard said that both the driver and the police motorcyclist have been released from the hospital after the accident. Prince Harry was reportedly to have been shaken up after witnessing the crash.
