California Highway Patrol confirmed that Hollywood actress Amanda Bynes was arrested at 10 minutes past 4 in the morning on September 28 for DUI. Her arrest this 2014 is Amanda's second apprehension. She just proved that she's once again a troublemaker. The authorities had charged her with misdemeanor after they confirmed that she was under the influence of a controlled substance while driving on Sunday.

As per HollywoodLife.com's report, they had learned Amanda Bynes' arrest details from the police. Following the arrest, she was held at the Californian police station, Van Nuys until 12:44 pm that day. She posted a $15,000 bail on her arrest this 2014.

Amanda Bynes is an American actress who raised to prominence in the late '90s and early 2000s on the Nickelodeon series All That and The Amanda Show. She was also featured in several films like What A Girl Wants, She's The Man, Hairspray, Sidney White and Easy A. She said that she was retiring from acting in 2012.

On July 22, 2013, Ventura County sheriff deputies' incarcerated Amanda Bynes in front of a stranger's house in Thousand Oaks, California, where she had purportedly started a small fire in the driveway. She was then hospitalized under a 72-hour 5150 mental health evaluation hold. On September 24, her lawyer requested for a "1368 Penal Code" trial to define Amanda's mental capability. Six days later, her parents revealed that upon doctors' sanction, Amanda was transferred to UCLA Medical Center to be given a specified treatment in a secluded facility outside of Los Angeles.

In December 2013, she was released from treatment to her family. She also settled to pursue counseling for the New York marijuana incident. At that juncture, she enrolled in Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Irvine, California. On the other hand, TMZ reported that Amanda Bynes' 2014 arrest was unknown to her parents.
