Gabriel Harris Arrest: Man Arrested For Fighting With Cop After Being Denied Service At Taco Bell

Gabriel Harris arrest - A Florida man, who was refused service after trying to order food from a Taco Bell drive-through window on Sunday, has been arrested for fighting with a police officer.

The suspect, identified as Gabriel Harris, 33, was arrested by the New Smyrna Beach police on Sunday morning after Taco Bell employees refused to serve him and a female friend who arrived at the fast food restaurant on bicycles.

Taco Bell employees say they were closing for the day when Gabriel Harris arrived. They further claim that even if they weren't closing, it wouldn't have appropriate to serve him because he was a bicycle.

Reports indicate that after being denied service, Gabriel Harris and his companion, whose name has not been revealed, refused to leave. Taco Bell employees then called 911 to report the incident.

After arriving on the scene, police reportedly found the Gabriel Harris sitting on his bicycle near the restaurant's menu speaker. Cops say the suspect appeared to be drunk and was carrying a weapon - a red Swiss Army knife on his belt loop.

A police statement said before Gabriel Harris' arrest, an officer told him to leave, but he refused. The officer proceeded to disarm him, but the suspect resisted. A tussle ensued between them and the suspect is alleged to have wrestled the officer to the ground. The officer subsequently effected Gabriel Harris' arrest by handcuffing him. Reports indicate that during Gabriel Harris' arrest, he suffered a cut to his forehead.

After Gabriel Harris' arrest, the green-haired suspect was taken to the Volusia County Branch Jail where he was charged with resisting arrest with violence. He was later released on a $1,000 bond.

The news of Gabriel Harris' arrest has gone viral on the Internet. His mug hot, where he posed with a sad-looking, face has been the subject of discussions.
