Luckily, she managed to promptly pull her bikini top back down and held the strings in place behind her back and continued to walk confidently with a big smile on her face.

The incident did not crushed Riggan's buoyant spirit instead she managed to just laugh off the embarrassing situation. And when she exited the stage, she kept her delighted expression in place.

The Miss California USA candidate, who was almost topless during the pageant's swimwear segment, is a forensic psychology student at the California State Fullerton in Orange County. Heavy.com revealed she is also an NHL Anaheim Ducks Power Players' cheerleader and was a member of a cheering squad for 14 years.

Despite the faulty top that left Chanelle Riggan nearly topless, the Miss California USA candidate recovered pretty well and was given credit for her barely shaken confidence. Because for Riggan, the show must go on indeed! Her brilliant recovery was also praised by the pageants organizers.
