Justin Bieber Instagram: Canadian Crooner Reaches Out To Ex-GF Selena Gomez Through A New Ballad? [LISTEN]

Is Justin Bieber's Instagram post a shout out to ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez? The 20-year-old Canadian pop star seemed so eager to ask for forgiveness to his former flame and allegedly wrote a ballad about it. On Jan. 28, Bieber shared a 15-second sneak peek of the said video on photo-sharing site, Instagram.

On Wednesday, Justin Bieber shared a video as he crooned a new song on Instagram. E! News revealed the vid was a snippet of his new music, which has a very poignant lyrics. After the initial release of some parts of the ballad, several Beliebers speculated the song was about his ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez.

"How do our lives become lighter? How do our eyes become brighter? Gotta believe in something higher," the teaser line said, ET Online quoted. While another snippet teased a much profound meaning to the song, "When it's raining, it's pouring - How do I always end up the enemy? Woah-oh - How do I wake up in the morning - and you're not right next to me - How did we throw it all away?"

The soulful Instagram song of Justin Bieber is not the singer's first ballad. According to Gossip Cop, the pop singer has already inspired the world with his emotional songs, "All That Matters" and "Nothing Like Us" in 2013. And Bieber had once said the best music is created when the heart is broken.

Justin Bieber's latest Instagram post may or may not be a shout out to his former on-and-off again girlfriend, Selena Gomez. But is Bieber asking for forgiveness? Or he might just be expressing his sentiments over the relationship?

Meanwhile, the young crooner has been searching for guidance to lead him through during some difficult times. And Hollywood Life said Justin Bieber's Instagram song might be a track he wrote about his recent religious journey.

Although it is still unconfirmed if Bieber's latest song is about Selena Gomez, both young stars have been reportedly moving on with their respective lives. Bieber is allegedly dating Hailey Baldwin while Gomez has been spending a lot of time with DJ Zedd.

Whether or not Justin Bieber's Instagram video is a way to reach out to his former flame, it might just be the crooner's response to Selena Gomez's song, "The Heart Wants What It Wants," a ballad reportedly about her struggles in moving on from Bieber. So, what do you think?
