Nick Jonas, who is reportedly performing his new single "Levels" at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday night, has allegedly slammed Justin Bieber over the latter's rumored photoshopped underwear pics. So, are the famous exes of Selena Gomez feuding?
Selena Gomez is not just the common denominator between Nick Jonas and Justin Bieber. These two pop singers had also starred in their respective Calvin Klein underwear campaign. But while they both posed provocatively, the 22-year-old "Jealous" hitmaker seemed to have subtly dissed Bieber by insinuating that his photos are better since they were never digitally altered, Hollywood Life noted.
"Other people, I don't wanna say any names, but other people have done some photoshoots and people are like, 'that's photoshopped' and there wasn't really a lot of 'oh, it's photoshopped' for me because I'm comfortable with my physique," Jonas said.
"I'm built a bit broader, like a man. It's not the most cut up, but it's a man. So, there was no like, 'oh it's photoshopped.' But, then the package situation was good." Unlike Justin Bieber's infamous Calvin Klein underwear campaign, Nick Jonas, who has allegedly rekindled romance with former flame Selena Gomez, did not face such a huge debate over his underwear pictures being photoshopped.
Meanwhile, back in July, Nick Jonas and Selena Gomez sparked dating rumors when they were spotted having dinner after their chance meet-up. The ex-couple, who had been dating on-and-off for two years until 2010, got an opportunity to reconnect, in which Jonas stressed was not a date.
"We kind of ran into each other a couple of weeks ago, like walking in Venice [California]," Jonas said during an interview with Capital FM, as per Perez Hilton. "We were both with separate groups of friends and we ran into each other. I put a dinner together with a bunch of really great people..." he added. "It was a big group of people and we all had a great time. We connect in that sense. It was nice to connect and just catch up. I'll leave it there!"
In other news, Nick Jonas is set to perform his brand new song, "Levels," at the 2015 MTV VMA Pre-show on Aug. 30, Broadway World revealed. "I'm thrilled to showcase my new single, 'Levels' at such an incredible night in music," Jonas said. "There's nothing like playing new songs live for the first time and I can't wait to surprise my fans during this performance."
To tease his fans about his upcoming VMA pre-show performance, Nick Jonas shared a video message as well as the official video trailer of his single on Instagram and Twitter.
