Henry Cavill To Prep For ‘Justice League’; Secrets To Hot Superman Bod Unveiled— Find Out!

Henry Cavill, after finishing the 60s-inspired spy film "The Man from U.N.C.L.E," is now back to being Superman in his two upcoming DC movies, "Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice" and "Justice League."

Cavill thinks that his on-screen superhero character should not look like a mess, according to Movie News Guide. Because of that, he reportedly lost some fat and gained lean muscles.

The British actor revealed, when he made an appearance at "The Tonight Show" hosted by Jimmy Fallon, that his diet depended whether he is mass building — then he eats burgers — or not, ComicBook.com learned.

Cavill's body transformation is just amazing, leaving most of the fans into thinking, "How is he doing it despite the approximately 14-hour filming days?"

The first tip he shared was to be organized. Men Fitness found out that he gives a specific time frame for each task, and that includes prepping meals and going gym.

The 32-year-old actor said that it would be best to train at a time when you feel strongest. It could be in the morning, in the afternoon, or at night depending on the schedule as long as you can perform your best.

It isn't all the time that a person gets pumped to go to the gym. Don't worry, Superman feels that too, and he said that if it does happen — like your feeling tired to workout — it would be best to gage the body's response first or do some scaled-down active recovery session, like walking.

He also added to look for the right trainer — the one that aligns with your personality and goal. It is important that he or she can make personalized programs suited for your needs.

The same site reported that Cavill's program for "Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice" has four phases. It includes preparation, bulking, leaning out and maintenance.

The basic foundation of the workout is Olympic Weightlifting, to build muscle, strength and at the same time speed. His training regimen is courtesy of coach Michael Blevins.

Cavill revealed that the pre-production for "Justice League" will start in Jan. 2016. Fans will see his hot body in Superman's suit when "Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice" premieres on March 25, 2016.
