Duggar Sisters Jessa & Jill Get Own TLC Show Following Child Sexual Abuse Docu Aired Amid Josh Duggar’s Scandal

Surprise! The Duggars are back on TLC. But instead of having the entire family on reality TV again, fans will only get to see Jill Dillard and Jessa Seewald with their own families.

According to Daily Mail, TLC has announced that the Duggar siblings are to film "two to three specials" that are centered more on their lives as married Duggar ladies.

Jill and husband Derrick and Jessa and Ben are said to be shooting the specials soon, and fans shouldn't really expect to see the entire family in one shot, especially Josh, since the network's executive vice president has revealed what will be included in the specials.

"What we will be following in these specials is Jessa preparing for her first child and we'll be watching Jill preparing to make a major move to Central America with her family, which we know is something our audience will be interested in," Nany Daniels said.

"19 Kids and Counting" fans learned on Thursday that one special will be aired on TLC before 2015 wraps up.

Since the untitled Duggar project is set to focus on the Dillards' missionary work and the major changes in the Seewald family, it might attract the same ratings "19 Kids and Counting" got during its successful run, as noted by USA Today.

In July, TLC cancelled its successful reality series after advertisers departed the series over Josh Duggar's child abuse scandal. Another bombshell hit the family when Josh's infidelity was exposed in the wake of the Ashley Madison hack.

Jill, who is now a midwife, already took to Instagram to share to fans the good news about the specials. She uploaded a snap showing her family in one of their missionary works on Thursday. She captioned it: "We are looking forward to reconnecting with everyone with the new specials on TLC-many have asked about our mission work and about the challenges of taking our family to a different country, culture and learning a new language. We appreciate your prayers. To keep up with us visit www.dillardfamily.com."

Meanwhile, Jessa who is very excited about her first baby with Ben asked her Instagram followers to suggest names for baby Seewald. She wrote: "Go to our website and share with us your name suggestions for #BabySeewald!"

On Facebook, the Duggars also broke the news to their fans via their official Duggar Family page. "We appreciate all the prayers for our family. God has drawn us closer to Him and to each other this summer. We are grateful that the new TLC specials set to air this fall will be sharing special moments with Jill, Derick and Israel on the foreign mission field and following Ben and Jessa as they prepare for the arrival of their first baby! Check in with us at www.duggarfamily.com for more updates," their post about the specials read.

The announcement about the Duggar sisters' specials came after the two of them spoke out about child sexual abuse on TLC's "Breaking the Silence" documentary.
