Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale announced their divorce over a month ago and said in a previous statement that their break up was amicable and mutual. But, things were said to be taking a different turn as Celeb Dirty Laundry has learned Gavin Rossdale wants half of “The Voice” judge Gwen Stefani’s money and claimed he was the one who raised their three kids, Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and Apollo, 1.

An insider told Radar Online that Gavin Rossdale now insisted that he wants half of what his former wife earned. “He has complained that while Gwen was launching her successful clothing line, continuing her music career, and expanding her brand by appearing as a judge on 'The Voice,' he stayed home with their sons,” added the insider. Not only that, Gavin was said to be threatening to bring to court if he will not get a big chunk of Gwen Stefani’s earnings as well as request for spousal and child support.

The ex-couple’s decision of not having a prenup have been discussed before by observers that it may cause a big headache for Gwen Stefani, who has just recently came back to “The Voice” Season 9 as a judge.

Apparently, that may be the case now as the source continued that Gwen Stefani was furious because when they decided to get a divorce, Gavin Rossdale stated he would not run after her money. “She is just kicking herself for not getting a prenup.”

“The Voice” judge’s fortune is estimated to be within the ballpark figure of $120 million while her rocker/singer husband is only worth $20 million.

The "Bush” frontman currently resides in a bachelor pad in Bel Air after moving out of their Beverly Hills family mansion.

Meanwhile, Gwen Stefani apparently will not go down without a fight and just give away the fruits of her hard-earned labor. “The Voice” judge was seen up and about with her three kids in tow as Daily Mail reported she was seen bringing them to church last Sunday in Los Angeles.

"The Voice" airs Mondays and Tuesdays on NBC at 8 p.m.
