Microsoft wowed the entire tech world during their event in New York, Tuesday, where it unveiled the Surface Book, Surface Pro 4, and Band.

Here are the things that you need to know about the tech giant's newest, jaw-dropping Windows 10 gadgets.

The Microsoft Surface Book

At first glance, it may look like a MacBook, but according to CNN, how it works is rather interesting. It can be a full-powered laptop or tablet, and with a use of a unique mechanical hinge, this gadget can also turn itself into a clipboard.

Surface Book's monitor shelters a Core i5 or i7 processor, and the keyboard has a graphics processing unit, boosting the laptop's performance. It has a 13.5-inch display, and three-fourth of its battery life is reportedly stored in the keyboard.

Pre-order has started, and it will go on sale on Oct. 26. Base model starts at $1,499.

It also has a barometer that can track real-time elevation changes. For the health conscious, the device has tools that can help you track health data, and for those who play golf, it's reportedly like having your own golf caddy.
