The upcoming episode will get more interesting as "Frasier" star Peri Gilpin will be introduced to Team Scorpion as Deputy Director of Homeland Security Katherine Cooper, Vine Report revealed. Other guest stars also include Kevin Weisman (Ray), Jamie McShane (Patrick Quinn), Pete Giovine (Chet), Jeff Corbett (Captain Steven Jones), Travis Van Winkle (Ensign Nathan Hall), Liz Jenkins (Lot Attendant) and Lamar Stewart (Officer Chris Johnson).

Meanwhile, "Scorpion" executive producer Nicholas Wootton revealed that the second season of the series will delve into the two sides of every episode.

"There's two sides to every one of these episodes," Wootton said in an interview. "They're brilliant as problem-solvers and then they're completely un-brilliant socially and interpersonally and they're so bad at that that there's infinite ways to go with both. They'll be exploring both of those sides in season 2."
