CarterMatt reported “Awkward” Season 5 Episode 10 will be the marker for the future of the hit MTV comedy series. This is where Matty McKibben gets the courage to come back to prom and tell Jenna Hamilton what he really feels towards her. His confession would lead these two fan favorite characters to go in the direction wherein they will come face to face with making tough decisions regarding their future together or individually.
In the meantime, before Matty rushes back to the prom upon the prodding of Sadie Saxton in “Awkward” Season 5 Episode 9, Jenna finds herself in another awkward moment — aside from spilling wine on her beautiful dress before heading to the prom.

First off, in “Awkward” Season 5 Episode 10, she watches her BFF Tamara Kaplan dance with Adam played by Brando Eaton. She’s happy for Tamara of course and as she walks away from the lovely couple she slipped on the wet floor. As she pulls herself up, she grasped the tablecloth unintentionally dragging the candle which was on top of the table. That’s when mayhem occurs, Jenna was literally “on fire” as the train of her white gown goes ablaze. People around her began to notice what happened and some started laughing and bickers at her expense. Fortunately, it was put out but the damage has been done as she’s already caught in the embarrassing situation.
Nevertheless, her night would end in the best way ever as Matty goes through all the length in finding her at the prom and when he does he blurts out the words, “I Love You!” which leaves her speechless, as seen on the teaser clip posted on the show’s official Twitter page with the #Awkward.
