Well, latest reports claimed that the 39-year-old country crooner has not given up his "flirting" ways despite dating the 46-year-old "Used to Love You" songstress. There were also reports claiming that Stefani was worried about her boyfriend's reunion with ex-wife Miranda Lambert.
While Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani's relationship continues to grow into a serious one, the couple are constantly plagued with nasty rumors about their affair. Now, several reports have circulated that "The Voice" judges' relationship is nothing but a mere ploy for publicity. Even Shelton's ex reportedly thinks the couple's relation is far from genuine, Inquisitr noted.
Furthermore, an insider revealed that Lambert was even questioning her ex's relationship with Stefani as well as the couple's intention. And since she couldn't believe that Blake Shelton has moved on so quickly with Gwen Stefani after their divorce, Lambert claimed the couple's PDA-filled love fest is just a publicity stunt for their reality show.
"Miranda caught wind of the card and is just embarrassed for them," an insider told Hollywood Life. "It's just too much and too fast. She thinks it's just a publicity stunt."
Aside from their over-the-top flirting, Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani have also released a Christmas card together, which will be sent to their closest friends. But 32-year-old Miranda Lambert is reportedly unhappy and pissed about it, even accusing her ex of trying to push her buttons.
"Miranda is now wondering if he's doing this just to push her buttons," a source said. "She can't even bear to watch The Voice or even hear about it. It just seems a bit all too pushed and not authentic to Miranda."
Meanwhile, even though Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are a picture perfect couple who's madly in love with each other, there have been rumors claiming that Shelton has still been flirting with other women at a bar.
"[Shelton recently] knocked back a few drinks at this bar and then started blatantly coming on to the bartender," the source told Ok! Magazine (via International Business Times). "To Blake, being in a relationship doesn't mean you have to stop flirting ... if she does find out, he'll try to play it off."
The claims, however, were debunked by Gossip Cop, saying Blake Shelton is not "betraying" his new girlfriend, Gwen Stefani.
There are also speculations claiming that Gwen Stefani is worried that Blake Shelton will reunite with ex-wife Miranda Lambert after the latter shed some weight.
"Gwen was having so much fun with Blake..." a source told Life & Style, as per Classicalite. "But now her friends are terrified she's about to spiral. Gwen is insanely jealous and on the edge. She's terrified Blake might still love Miranda and want her back."
Despite the rumors, Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani, who confirmed they're dating in November, are "extremely happy" together.
