'Gilmore Girls' Cast: Who Will Return To The Show Airing On Netflix? Premiere Date Already Set?

"Gilmore Girls" reunites on Netflix and fans of the hit TV series get to see the original characters reprising their roles. Fans are definitely excited this early.

News have already confirmed that Jared Padalecki is reprising his role as Dean Forester. Dean is remembered as Rory's first love and the person responsible for stealing her virtue. Right now, he's known to be busy filming "Supernatural," but has announced that he can make both shows happen.

Who else is returning? Danny Strong is coming back as Doyle. This is confirmed on the "Gilmore Guys" Twitter account with a post on the social media explaining that Doyle and Paris are still together. "He'll always have Paris and she'll always have Doyle. @Dannystrong is returning for the Netflix revival!," the tweet read.

Vanessa Marano and co-star Emily Kuroda are also set to return as April Nardini and Mrs. Kim respectively. The list just keeps getting better as other cast members are enlisted again. Fans will get to see Liza Weil return as Paris, Kelly Bishop as Emily, Milo Ventimiglia playing Jess, Matt Czuchry as Logan, Sean Gunn as Kirk, Yanic Truesdale playing Michel, Scott Patterson as Luke and Keiko Agena as Lane.

It is not yet known what the plot and setting will be as of writing, but fans are definitely looking forward for more details in the coming days.

The names are out but it is not yet known when the show will be aired on Netflix. While fans reminisce and prepare to get giddy, no official announcement has yet been made on the "Gilmore Girls'" premiere date.
