Kelly Clarkson, First ‘American Idol’, Performs In Last Season 15 And Cried

Kelly Clarkson, the first "American Idol" finalist to win the world wide sensation singing contest, has recently performed in the last season of the show, and she proved that 15 years later, she is still the one of the most epic Idols ever.

Clarkson has brought wave after wave of no. 1 hits, but "E!" described her as the No. 1 fan of American Idol.

She was enlisted as a guest judge on the first live show of season 15 to critique the top 10 finalists. She was critically paying attention to every performer and has been dutifully watching the previous episodes to compare how they were before to the live-show stints.

So, what made her cry during the farewell season?

When she was singing her song titled "Piece by Piece" at the end of the show, she stopped mid-way and started crying. Her mid-song sob also made Keith Urban and Jennifer Lopez tear up. It also became too emotional for everyone that the audience even got teary eyed. When she ended her song, everybody applauded her performance which only showed that she remains as an icon in the "American Idol" history.

This must have been a very emotional turn of events for her considering she was the first "American Idol" crowned and she is performing her last song in the overwhelming farewell season - or maybe it's just the baby kicking because she is due in 7 weeks.

The countdown is ticking and only a few contestants are left. Who is your pick to win the farewell season of "American Idol?"
