'My Way' Music Video: Is The Song A Calvin Harris-Taylor Swift Relation Reference?

Calvin Harris recently released his newest video for the song 'My Way,' which got every keen Swiftie wondering if he's throwing shade at his ex-girlfriend, Taylor Swift.

E! Online describes the video as Harris "reliving a relationship that unfortunately turned sour through a VR headset." Although the female interest in the recent video didn't look anything like Taylor, there were a few noticeable scenes that had an undeniable reference to the singer.

One thing that looked subtly shady was the polka dot dress, which Taylor has been well-known to sport for quite some time. In Swift's 'Blank Space' video, she was standing on top of a horse which apparently has been recreated as well in Harris' clip. The scene where Swift was sitting at the opposite end of the dining table facing a guy for 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together' would look very familiar as you continue watching Harris' video.

Perhaps the most obvious of all would come from uncanny resemblances to Swift's 'Bad Blood' video. The first one would be the futuristic aura while lying down/ floating horizontally in a white two-piece dress. Like it wasn't enough, there was even a scene of seeing leather-clad ladies, something you will see in both Harris' and Swift's videos.

According to US Magazine, fans have associated 'My Way' to Swift, thinking that Harris wrote the song after breaking up a 15-month long romance. This, of course, was denied by the Scottish DJ/ producer, pointing out that the lyrics were about breaking into the music industry.

Taylor Swift is no stranger to the dating game and has always been the subject of many rumors. One of the more recent gossips is about her and Drake possibly dating after she attended his birthday, which got people speculating again, as per The Huffington Post. She does know how to deal with after many years, and that's simply to "shake it off."
