It has now been predicted that "The Crown" Season 2 by Netflix will be released in November, 2017and it will feature more royal drama and political intrigues. The story goes on from the time of the Queen's trouble with the resignation of William Churchill who was replaced by Anthony Eden as Prime Minister.

Vanity Fair reports that "The Crown" Season 2 has started filming since a month ago and that the storyline of the second series will start on the year 1956 and continue to the year 1964. The political situation of her reign at this time frame has improved and they were getting assenting support from constituents.

The Queen's Royal Corgis will be in some scenes in this episode and actress Claire Foy said that she is alright with them although she is not particularly fond of dogs. The actress also mentioned that she has no schedule to work with John Lithgow for this season so it can be deduced that Winston Churchill will not be part of the episode.

News Everyday narrates that the crisis in Anthony Eden's tenure as Prime Minister began when the United States and Britain stopped their financing of the Egyptian Suez canal project because of Egypt's continuing relationship with communist nations China and the Soviet Union. The problem turned into a crisis when Nasser took complete control of the Suez Canal, a vital waterway for British trade.

In the story portrayed in the "Crown" season 2, Prime Minister Eden in cooperation with Israel and France moved to take over the canal and began an assault with their combined forces. The move did not get the approval of the United States so a ceasefire was called by Prime Minister halted the attack 24 hours after it began.

This unfortunate event destroyed the reputation of Britain and had a great effect on the Queen's integrity as its ruler. The royal drama and political intrigues are clearly depicted in "The Crown" season 2.
