‘Beauty And The Beast’ Spoilers: Luke Evans Shows Gaston’s Sweet Moves In New Photo; Original Mrs. Potts Dissed New Movie?

"Beauty and the Beast" actor Luke Evans tweeted a photo of Gaston trying to win over Belle. Original Mrs. Potts Angela Lansbury not really impressed with the new Disney adaptation.

Fans are really looking forward to the new adaptation of the Disney classic. They have been looking forward to seeing clips and photos of the film.

Evans shared an image that was featured on Empire Magazine of his character Gaston trying to woo Emma Watson's Belle. The actor captioned it with "Smooth Gaston! Very Smooth," ITM reported.

However, not everyone seemed to be impressed with the new live action adaptation of "Beauty and the Beast." Lansbury, who voiced over Mrs. Potts in the original 1991 film, somehow feels like the movie will not stand up to the original film.

Moviefone reported that Lansbury believes that the original "Beauty and the Beast" will forever remain in the minds of the kids who watched them. She explained that since "Toy Story" Disney has not maked movies similar to the Disney classic.

She believes that the original Disney classic is an extraordinary piece of work. She considers it as a legendary cartoon treasure.

Despite this, she believes that it is still interesting to see what the new "Beauty and the Beast" has in-stored for its viewers. She is also glad that Emma Thompson, who is a friend of hers, will be voicing over Mrs. Potts. Lansbury also apologized for not being impressed with the live-action adaptation.

"I'm sorry, they're not really our territory. We did it as cartoon characters and that is quite different from live actors," she was quoted saying. Jobs & Hire reported that "Beauty and the Beast" seemed to be promoting feminism. Belle has a job in this live-adaptation of the beloved Disney film.

Belle will not just be the provincial girl who transforms the Beast with true love's kiss, she is an inventor in this new live adaptation. "Beauty and the Beast" will hit theaters on March 17, 2017.
