"Accel Word VS Sword Art Online: Millennium Twilight" has finally been revealed by Bandai Namco Entertainment, thus making fans of both anime versions craving to have a sneak peek at its trailer. The game trailer was released yesterday featuring battle scenes and many more.
According to Anime News Network the Dengeki Online YouTube channel released the trailer for its upcoming March 16, 2017 game launch. During the livestream event the "Sword Art Online" playable characters are shown such as Kirito, Asuna, Lisbeth, and Silica. Kuroyukihime/Black Lotus, Silver Crow, Scarlet Rain, and Lime Bell will be the playable characters for "Accel World."
A previous stream on the game's official website has announced a trailer for the game on October. Reki Kawahara wrote the "Accel World" and "Sword Art Online" light novel series. "Sword Art Online" starts in the year 2022 while "Accel World" started in 2046. Some anime projects, video games, and manga adaptations has been inspired by "Accel World" and "Sword Art Online".
According to Crunchyroll "Accel World vs Sword Art Online: Millennium Twilight" is an action role playing game with the aim to give players the dream to make a crossover battle between "Accel World" and "Sword Art Online." A limited edition release is in the works was also reported, the game will be packed in an illustration box made by abec and HIMA.
The box also includes a soundtrack CD, Blu-Ray disc full of special details, a special CD&BD case, Dengeki Nerve Gear VS book, mini-clear poster, acrylic SD character keychain, and a code that can be used in getting in-games items. Obviously, players who get access to this limited edition package will gain advantage in the upcoming game.
"Accel Word VS Sword Art Online: Millennium Twilight" can be played via PlayStation 4 and Playstation Vita.
