"Gears Of War 4" welcomes the holiday season with a special Gearmas Holiday Event and players are very pleased. The new update comes with new maps to explore and to wreak havoc in, while limited items become available.
Players of "Gears Of War 4" are in for a Gearmas Holiday Event as the popular shooting game gears up to give fans a whole new load of goodies to enjoy. Many fans believe that the event will go live any time this week, despite the lack of an official announcement from The Coalition.
According to iTechPost, fans are already hyped to discover what the "Gears Of War 4" Gearmas Holiday Event has in store for them. Apparently, news on brand new maps being released is stirring up the excitement in players. New maps mean more fun for fans, however, it is worth mentioning that once the new maps go live, players will have to say farewell to two old maps as well.
The two new maps that will be added to "Gears Of War 4" once Gearmas goes live are named Glory and Speyer. It is also mentioned that players will be offered the opportunity to choose limited items for them and their characters to enjoy. However, these limited items will only be available while the Gearmas event is active.
Meanwhile, News Everyday reports that the new "Gears Of War 4" update will include a revamp on the game's Daily Reward feature. Since the latter offers players new items and rewards, perhaps more will be added when Gearmas goes live. While private and Lan matches will now allow players to modify the rules.
The Coalition has yet to announce a launch date for "Gears Of War 4" Gearmas Holiday Event, while rumors are of course spreading on the internet. According to once source, Gearmas should have started on December 12, however, the lack thereof proves otherwise.
