Aside from "Justice League," DC Films also offers another upcoming movie starring Jason Momoa and directed by James Wan, "Aquaman." Reportedly, the film has the potential rather than the other to save the DC Films.

According to Forbes, James Wan's "Aquaman" will be a lot different than the other movies of DC franchise. It is not the same with the adventures of "Batman," "Superman," "Wonder Woman," "Green Lantern Corps," and even the "Suicide Squad." The movie will unveil the never before seen adventure on the underwater, meeting different types of creatures and villains, and the secrets from underwater that soon to unfold. Reportedly, "Aquaman" has also another value that is different among the other films; from having the different genre, it is said that, the movie can possibly be much better and can offer a lot more than other DC Films especially "Batman" movie.

Another thing is, in the set of these superheroes, "Aquaman" is said to be one of the guy who is useless that came under the sea and making a less appearance than the other. In the animated series of "Batman: Brave and the Bold," there are only two among the "Justice League" characters that knows about him. By giving him a stand-alone film, this is a chance to introduce his character being the main superhero and to show his real ability on how to defeat the villains. Though, the upcoming film "Justice League" this November 17, 2017 is another way of introducing "Aquaman." People will have an idea about Jason Momoa's character.

On the other hand, Patrick Wilson will also join James Wan's "Aquaman," as shared by Jobs & Hire. He will play the role of Jason Momoa's half-brother ORM. The two actors already had four films together, like in the first two chapters of "Insidious," and also the two "Conjuring" films.

"Aquaman" will hit the big screen this coming July 26, 2018.
