‘Taken’ Actor Liam Neeson On Fourth Film Franchise: It Isn’t Happening; ‘Taken’ Tv Series To Be Aired On NBC [Watch]

"Taken" have really brought action and suspense drama into another level as its three successful movies drew marks in the box office, as well as gained its Tv series in NBC. However, lead actor Liam Neeson seemed to be showing no sign of another movie franchise in the coming years.

Due to its continuous success, "Taken" fans hoped for another thrilling movie sequel of the adventures of Bryan Mills (Liam Neeson). However, the 64-year old actor told the "Late Show" host Stephen Colbert, there is no chance for another film. He even mocked it with a title "Please can you take my daughter?" referring to endless number of kidnapping his child, as reported in Screen Rant.

This brought anticipations down as others held on Neeson's hinting of another "Taken" movie last 2015 when he was reportedly eager to push through with another film together with Oscar awardee Forest Whitaker. However, some still have high hopes for a sequel as the same scenario was seen with Liam Neeson before the "Taken 3" came out.

As per Screen Rant, fans must not lose hope immediately as nothing is ever sure when it comes to money-spinning films. The report also added that while a "Taken 4" is still possible, Neeson might not be involve in the movie as he was allegedly planning to retire from doing action films in the next two years. The page also suggested Chris Pratt as a new Bryan Mills. Do you agree?

Meanwhile, fans could still enjoy the adventures of Bryan Mills in the upcoming NBC series "Taken: Every Hero Has A Beginning" with Cleve Standen as the lead actor. The said series will premiere on February 27, 2017.
