Joely Richardson husband: It seems that actress Joely's one-time hubby, Tim Bevan is being sought lately following her announcement to quit one of America's most popular TV dramas, Nip/Tuck, so she can focus on taking care of her ill daughter.
According to Daily Mail, Joely Richardson - a highly-paid star of the series, has already confirmed that she is quitting the show to focus on being a full-time mother to her quite sick 15-year-old daughter Daisy.
Daisy is, of course, her daughter to ex-husband, Tim Bevan. The two still get on and share custody over their only daughter, who was apparently diagnosed with a rare medical condition since she was still a baby.
This year, Joely Richardson's daughter is to undergo a series of operations on her legs because of circulation problems in her veins.
"Surgeons and hospitals have been a big part of our lives. We were always told that she would have to have more surgery when she got older. The time has come," Joely, who has never revealed the real condition of her daughter, said.
Joely is the daughter of Vanessa Redgrave and the late Tony Richardson. At the young age of 24, she engaged into a scandalous fling with Scottish landowner Archie Stirling, who was twice her age during that time and was actually married to actress Diana Rigg.
When their fling ended, Joely was in distraught for some time, but things changed when she met film director and producer, Tim Bevan. The two got married in 1992.
Joely Richardson's husband, or ex-hubby for that matter, is the co-founder of Working Title Films in London. He has remarkable contributions in the industry as film producer.
Joely Richardson's one-time husband's long list of credits include: Moonlight and Velentino, Where Art Thou?, Fargo, O Brother, Love Actually, The Guru, Notting Hill, Elizabeth, Bridget Jones' Diary, Atonement, and Frost/Nixon, among others.
Despite their reportedly happy marriage, everyone was shocked when Joely Richardson filed for divorce in 1997 against her husband, who reportedly cheated on her with 24-year-old Amy Gadney.
