Peaches Geldof Cause of Death Still Unknown Amid Her Set Funeral Date

Peaches Geldof's cause of death is still a baffling issue, but the lifeless body of the 25-year-old socialite has already been scheduled for a funeral this Easter Monday.

According to Contact Music, although there is not a single clue on Peaches Geldof's cause of death, she will be laid to rest on April 21.

Post mortem results do not offer clear answers on how Geldof died last April 7, but her funeral has already been scheduled to take place in the same Kent church where she got married to husband Thomas Cohen in 2012.

It can be noted that Paula Yates' - Peaches' mother - funeral was also held in the same church back on 2000.

Reports say that funeral plans have already been finalized, despite the lack of official answer on Peaches Geldof's cause of death, and that her family is still waiting for the results of toxicology tests.

The death of the 25-year-old came as a surprise to those who know her since she was actively posting photos of herself and her two young kids on social media days prior to her passing.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Geldof was declared dead by paramedics at her home in southeast England and police treated her death as "non-suspicious but sudden and unexplained."

"We are beyond pain. She was the wildest, funniest, cleverest, wittiest and the most bonkers of all of us.  Writing 'was' destroys me afresh," Peaches father, Sir Bob Geldof, said.  "What a beautiful child.  How is it possible that we will not see her again?"

The private funeral ceremony for Peaches Geldof is said to gather many of socialite's loved ones including her father and sisters, Fifi Trixabelle, Pixie and Tiger Lily. Her husband and their sons, Astala and Phaedra are also expected to be in attendance at the funeral service.

On other news, amid the unknown cause of death of Peaches Geldof, Hollywood Life recently reported that the socialite, journalist, and model had revealed in a 2011 interview that she had a "bad heart and serious cholesterol problems."

"I had cholesterol and the doctors said stop eating s**t. So I did. If you stop eating pizza and chips then you don't look like you used to. I used to eat s**t every single day. I used to wake up with my boyfriend and eat crap. I had the heart of a 90-year-old gangster," she said back then.
