Jibe Inc., a major recruitment technology firm, has announced the addition of $20 million in its funding account with the help of its new investor, SAP Ventures. SAP Ventures' head Doug Higgins is ready to become one of the members of the Jibe Board of Directors. The new funds qill be used to boost Jibe's recreuitment processes and the bringing of new talent to the industry, as well as its goal for innovation in the area of business and mobile technologies. Jibe's current investors, Polaris Partners, DFJ, Gotham Ventures, Longworth Venture Partners and Thrive Capital, have also taken part in the project. Jibe currenly has $37 million available in funding capital.
Jibe will implement the investment to reinforce its position in the current job hunt market and grow its customer service, global sales and software engineering departments. Additionally, funds will be implemented to expand into international job markets, and boost Jibe's strategy for participation in major company's kjob recruitment programs. NUmerous companies all over the world have adopted Jibe's effective marketing and job recruitment strategies. In the past years, the company's revenue has grown significantly.
