Music Industry’s Power Couple, Beyoncé and Jay-Z, Continues To Sizzle On Their ‘On The Run’ Tour

After finishing their own solo concert tours, American singer Beyoncé and known rapper Jay-Z, continue to sizzle in their ongoing joint concert tour, "On The Run". The tour's name is taken from Jay-Z's Magna Carta Holy Grail album featuring Beyoncé on the 2013 song "Part II (On The Run).

In May 2014, an ersatz movie trailer was released as part of the tour's promotional gizmo.  Packed with several celebrity cameos, the video features Beyoncé and Jay-Z in a various Bonnie and Clyde inspired action filled scenes. The same theme was followed during the tour. Fans and critics applauded the tour due to its profligate artistic and dynamic details. The said tour was highly on demand and tickets were reportedly sold out thus adding additional tour dates in the tour's original itinerary.

As to date, the "On The Run" tour continues to soar high reaching its astonishing success commercially with over $100 million gross worth with an attendance of almost a million. HBO is set to broadcast the entire concert tour on September. The tour will conclude in Paris, France after two scheduled concerts.

The "On The Run" tour received a good critical reception. The couple's performances were highly praised. And with their astounding vocal skills and choreographed routines, the tour was indeed well received.

Reportedly as one of the hottest engagements of the summer concert season, "On The Run" tour continues to make waves leaving fans clamoring for more. It was also noted that the tour was averaging to an estimated $5.2 million per show and would end as one of the year's most successful concert tours.
