Is Bobbi Kristina Brown dead at 22? Well, the answer is no. According to the family of her late mother, Whitney Houston, Bobbi Kristina is still fighting for her life but remained unconscious. As she turned 22 on Wednesday, her family posted a rare update about her condition.

Bobbi Kristina Brown is certainly not dead yet as her family shared some info about her current medical state on Whitney Houston's Web site and Facebook page. The update included a picture of Bobbi Kristina and her mother during much happier times, USA Today reported.

"Today is Bobbi Kristina's 22nd birthday and we ask you to continue to keep her in your prayers as she is still fighting the battle of her life," the official family statement reads.

The statement, which indicated that Bobbi Kristina Brown is not dead yet, was signed by Whitney Houston's sister-in-law and Bobbi Kristina's aunt, Patricia Houston. According to Inquisitr, Patricia is also the executor of Houston's estimated $20 million estate left in trust for her only daughter, Bobbi Kristina.

Meanwhile, since Bobbi Kristina Brown is still not dead, her family is allegedly busy filming scenes for their upcoming reality television show. TMZ revealed that for the family of Bobbi Kristina's dad, Bobby Brown, their reality TV show must go on even if it means shooting scenes even around a comatose family member. The report added Bobby's two sisters, brother and their children are filming scenes for the upcoming show, which will feature Bobbi Kristina's battle for her life.

However, Bobbi Kristina's relatives have denied the claim that they are part of a reality TV show, which will show them coming to terms with the singer being in an induced coma in hospital, The Daily Mail learned.

In a separate news, Bobbi Kristina Brown's boyfriend, Nick Gordon took to social media to post his own birthday message.

"Happy Birthday baby," Gordon wrote on Twitter Wednesday morning. "I wish I was there with you to hold you and be by your side."

Nick Gordon has been reportedly banned from visiting Bobbi Kristina Brown after the Jan. 31 incident that almost left her dead. As per the International Business Times, Gordon is suspected of "foul play" after suspicious injuries were found on Bobbi Kristina.

Bobby Brown, on the other hand, has remained by his daughter's bedside, asking the public to continue praying for a miracle.

"We thank everyone that supports Bobbi Kristina," he said in a statement, as quoted by People. "God is hearing our prayers."

In spite of the rumors, Bobbi Kristina Brown is not dead and her father has not removed her off life support on her 22nd birthday on Wednesday.
