Juicy J, an American rapper, songwriter and record producer who has amassed a net worth of $20 million, is recently making headlines after he was rushed to the hospital Saturday night. The incident transpired before his scheduled show at The Fillmore in San Francisco.

Jordan Michael Houston, best known for his stage name Juicy J, is a founding member of the Southern hip hop group Three 6 Mafia, which was established in 1991, Celebrity Net Worth noted. In 2002, the 40-year-old rapper released his first solo album titled, "Chronicles of the Juice Man."

Aside from his Three 6 Mafia projects, Juicy J continuously increases his net worth value by being a part-owner and A&R rep for Wiz Khalifa's Taylor Gang Records, which he announced in 2011. And to further amass a big fortune, he signed a solo deal with Columbia records and Dr. Luke's Kemosabe Records.

Juicy J, whose net worth is $20 million as listed by The Richest, also became successfully popular after he collaborated with some great talents in the music industry including Katy Perry and Nicki Minaj. For Perry's 2013 album titled, "Prism," Juicy J was featured in her single, "Dark Horse." While in August 2014, Juicy J released the single, "Low," which featured Nicki Minaj, Lil Bibby and Young Thug, in promotion of "Pure THC: The Hustle Continues." And in April 2015, he released his first single for "Pure THC" titled, "For Everybody" featuring Wiz Khalifa.

Meanwhile, on Saturday night, Juicy J was rushed to the hospital before he was scheduled to perform in San Francisco. According to Huffington Post, the Memphis rapper experienced shortness of breath.

"I wanna apologize to my fans in San Fran I had to rush to the hospital I'm having shortness of breath I love you all pray for me," the rapper tweeted, explaining the reason why he was brought to the hospital, Hot New Hip Hop reported.

Shortly after tweeting, Juicy J also shared a photo of himself in Saint Francis Memorial Hospital on Instagram, Billboard revealed.

"The Dr said I'm Exhausted I haven't been getting enough rest but I'll be ok San Fran my Apologies i will make it up #THCTOUR still going strong," he wrote on Instagram.

Due to his recent health scare, will Juicy J's $20 million net worth decrease?
