Barry Allen has a new costume for "The Flash" season 2, USA Today reports. It looks pretty much the same as the old one with just a few minor tweaks.

The lightning bolt on his chest falls in line with Flash's original look — comic-book like. The medallion now has a white background, making the lightning bolt more prominent, according to Zap2it.

Grant Gustin definitely looks good in this new costume!

Grant Gustin Fact # 1

His real name is Thomas Grant Gustin. He was born on January 14, 1990 in Norfolk Virginia.

His mother is Tina Lynne Sweeney, a pediatric nurse, and his father is Thomas Avery Gustin. According to IMDb, he's mostly of English descent, with German, Welsh and Irish ancestry.

Gustin has attended several art programs and music theaters since high school. These are Governor's School for the Arts program in Norfolk, Virginia for Musical Theatre, Hurrah Players Incorporated and BFA Music Theatre Program at Elon University.

Gustin left school for broadway, and took the role of baby John in the "West Side Story." He performed at the revival tour from Sept. 30, 2010 - Sept. 23, 2011.

He is straight, but has been opened about being "gay-based." This landed him the role of Sebastian Smythe in Fox's "Glee."

His character became the lead of Dalton Academy's Warblers after Blaine Anderson (Darren Criss) left the school.

He stars in CW's "The Flash," which was initially ordered for 13 episodes. However, the show unexpectedly pulled 4.8 million viewers when it premiered in October 2014.

After two weeks, the network increased the episode order to 23. The show was renewed to continue for the next season.

"The Flash" season 2 will return on Oct. 6.
