"Power" is a CBS TV series created in 2014 which tells the life of a rich nightclub owner James "Ghost" St. Patrick played by Omari Hardwick, whose business regales to New York's elite. He yearns to build his own dynasty, but, he lives a double life — he's also a drug kingpin, as per IMDb.
Avid viewers of the show were quite bummed that Season 2 was over and done with officially and there's nothing to look forward to every Saturday nights. But, when a season ends it means another one will possibly follow suit. In turn, fans were also awaiting the arrival of "Power" Season 3.
Although little has been known on what will occur in Season 3, Fashion & Style reported, that some of the cast and showrunners dropped some bombs on social media. So, are you curious about what will happen to the St. Patrick's relationship? Warning: Spoilers ahead.
Primarily, their relationship may not be over, contradictory to what fans may have concluded in Season 2. Although, it's apparent that Tasha wanted to end her marriage with Ghost, executive producer Courtney Kemp Agboh stated, "Ghost and Tasha's story is not over."
"He may bring those issues up about what their emotional relationship is, but as long as they have those kids they're still going to be together on some level," as per International Business Times.
Expect "Power" Season 3 to make revelations regarding the St. Patrick's rocky marriage.
In addition, Ghost's top drug runner Julio, played by J. R. Ramirez, will heat up his score in the love department.
Ramirez disclosed that his character Julio, may not automatically be going head over heels on a specific girl, but, what's important, he's going to get into the sex game.
"Power" is known for presenting some explicit and astonishingly torrid sex scenes.
"A lot of you guys have been asking if Julio's gonna get a love interest this year. What I can say is that looks like I'm going to be joining the "Power" sex club," he teased.
Fans were left even more curious as to who will be the lucky girl.
Another reason to watch out for "Power" Season 3, as per Ecumenical News, is the possibility that 50 Cents' character Kanan may still be alive and will create more trouble for Ghost. However, he's the least among those whom Ghost should be worried about since he had amassed numerous foes and has burnt several ties as well. Mike and Angela might have a motive to target him. Either his old enemies will want him dead or a new and mysterious killer is out to get him.
Meanwhile, CBS revealed "Power" Season 2 has the biggest Starz weekend crowd yet for an original series grossing 4.42 million viewers on Live+3, as per Deadline.
