Alison Brie of "Mad Men" is now officially off the market as recent news came out that she and boyfriend, actor Dave Franco, of the upcoming movie "Now You See Me: The Second Act" got engaged!
Dave Franco, 30, stars alongside Daniel Radcliffe ("Harry Potter" series), Jesse Eisenberg ("Batman v Superman"), Mark Ruffalo ("Avengers"), Woody Harrelson ("Mockingjay") and Michael Caine in the sequel to "Now You See Me."
E! News exclusively reported that a representative of Alison Brie validated the good news last Monday.
The couple has maintained the privacy of their relationship as they have been rarely photographed together. The lovely pair reportedly started dating in January 2012.
Daily Mail revealed Dave Franco's older brother, fellow actor James Franco ("The Interview") congratulated the couple via Twitter on Tuesday. He wrote: "Congrats Davy and Allison!!! engaged!!! I WUUUUUV YOU."
Furthermore, at the screening of Brie's fresh romantic comedy movie "Sleeping With Other People" which hits theaters on Sept. 11, the newly engaged and blooming actress wore her engagement ring designed by Irene Neuwirth — a unique rose gold band set with diamond pave and rose cut diamond — at London West Hollywood.
Brie, 32, plays the role of Lainey, a serial cheater, who meets womanizer and college friend Jake portrayed by Jason Sudeikis at a 12-step course for sex addicts. She was joined in the event by co-stars Andrea Savage and Jason Mantzoukas. Director and writer Leslye Headland and producer comedian Will Ferrell were also on hand at the screening. Amanda Peet and Natasha Lyonne also appears in "Sleeping With Other People," as per Daily Mail.
Meanwhile, Alison Brie's show "Community" on NBC gained a small but loyal fan base probably because of her and co-star Gillian Jacobs. Her video with Jacobs dancing around in sexy lingerie last year for GQ's "Pin Up Special" popped up and burned the Internet this weekend, as per The Daily Caller.
Cheers to Alison Brie and Dave Franco for their engagement and upcoming marriage!
