Tom Brady and wife Gisele Bundchen were finally spotted together after their two-month absence from the limelight. The couple's Monday sighting came amid the incessant divorce rumors following Brady's "Deflategate" scandal.

On Aug. 31, Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen, who dressed casually, were photographed leaving an office building in New York City. It marked the first time the couple has been photographed since late June after reports circulated that the two are experiencing trouble in paradise, E! News revealed. Although they appeared to have a publicly united image, neither of them smiled.

Last week, a source told People that Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen, who married in 2009 and have two children together, are going through some marital troubles.

"There have been a lot of stresses in their marriage in the last year, especially during football season," a source close to Brady said. "Tom is singularly focused on his career and sometimes Gisele feels left out. There have been arguments."

The insider also added that Brady can be "nasty and cold" when absorbed in his own problems. However, a source close to the 35-year-old supermodel denied the reports.

"They are living their life, and they're doing great," the source said.

Meanwhile, Tom Brady appeared in a federal court on Monday as part of the ongoing Deflategate case. The New England Patriots' quarterback filed a lawsuit against the NFL to overturn the four-game suspension, a punishment handed down by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell because of his alleged involvement in the scandal.

New York-based judge Richard Berman, however, reiterated that he'll rule by Friday whether Patriots' quarterback Tom Brady must serve a four-game suspension for "Deflategate" scandal. On Tuesday, Berman issued a one-sentence order regarding the ruling, which will be on Sept. 4, on whether the NFL properly followed its collective bargaining deal with players when the league suspended Brady, The New York Times reported.

In other news, Tom Brady was reportedly "open" to serving a one-game suspension for not cooperating with Ted Wells' investigation as part of a potential settlement, as per NFL.com.

Tom Brady's wife Gisele Bundchen, on the other hand, was seen in New York City over the weekend despite rumors that she underwent surgery.
