"Wonder Woman" will not hit the big screen until 2017, but fans will be getting a glimpse of Gal Gadot behind her superhero costume on March 25, 2016, when DC's "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" premieres.

Gadot's "Wonder Woman" is reportedly the first superhero film entry led by a female since "Elektra," which starred Jennifer Garner in 2005. The film will be directed by Patty Jenkins, and it has been reported earlier that the production itself aims to hire as many female crew members as possible.

"Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" actress is known to be a model, but did you know that she's an army veteran? Here are a few things about the new generation "Wonder Woman" you might want to check.

1. If she wasn't an actress, she'd probably be a choreographer.

Gadot spent 12 years of her life dancing ballet, hip hop, modern and jazz. If she wasn't acting, she'd probably be a choreographer, according to Marie Claire.

2. Her priority is her daughter.

Gadot has a 3-year-old daughter named Alma, and it's very important for the "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" star to play a good role model for her.

"As long as she's the first priority, which she is and always will be, it's okay if Mommy goes to work and has a busy period, as long as I balance everything," she told the Interview.

3. She won the Miss Israel title in 2004.

"I did it to have fun, and made friends because I wasn't competitive," the "Wonder Woman" actress said. "I had no idea I would win."

4. She handled a boot camp in Israel.

Her boot camp was longer compared to the others and it was all about sports, waking up at 6:30 a.m., running and doing push-ups for four months, the Inquisitr learned.

5. She wanted her character in "Fast & Furious" to be as impressive as the boys.

"I did most of my own stunts - like jumping from a moving motorcycle onto a jeep - in the Fast & Furious films," Gadot, who played the role of Giselle in the film, revealed.
