An all-new “Ladies of London” Season 2 is gracing our small screen this Monday night, and it appears that Caroline Fleming will have time to gush about the new man in her life with her therapist.

Ahead of the upcoming episode of the reality series, "Ladies of London" dropped a couple of teaser clips on its official Facebook page to show fans what they can expect to see from this week's show.

One of which focuses on Fleming, who is about to open up about her dating life to her therapist. In the clip, after her therapist asks her how she feels, Caroline begins with: "You know there's nothing to hide here. i'm very open. I'm very honest and this is kind of...this is me."

In her solo-cam she admits that she had a hard time growing up without her mom. Back to her therapy session, when her therapist tries to comment, Caroline interrupts the former saying, "I'm sorry to interrupt you right now. It's actually that."

Throughout the "Ladies of London" Season 2 sneak peek clip, Caroline could be seen leading the therapy and talking non-stop, not even minding how her therapist tries to give her some advice.

Caroline's excitement to speak about her lover is very evident in the teaser. At one point she even says that though her boyfriend is younger "she doesn't give a s-t! I don't care," justifying her words with "Age is just a number."

While her inability to stop talking about her newfound love is understandable, it appears that she may have forgotten to give some time for her therapist to speak her mind. Caroline's therapist could be seen trying to compose herself and smiling and nodding while Fleming incessantly speaks in the clip, which you can view here

Some fans took to the comment section to give their two cents on Caroline Fleming's attitude in the clip. Tee Saikh wrote: "Clearly, she's in charge and won't let anyone say anything."

On the other hand, Gloria Harvell commented: "Was it edited? Or did she not let her Therapist speak? I like who she is on the show, no nonsense always happy seemingly but this clip appears that she's rude a little."

Nevertheless, despite her rather off gesture during her therapy session, Caroline seems to really value her therapist since she even took to Instagram to share a heartfelt message, explaining what really happened during her therapy session.

"Despite the vulnerability this would present, I decided to share a therapy session on tonight's episode of #ladiesoflondon with the hope that it could give courage to those who feel they need it but fear the negative stigma. Tonight's edit for me is disappointing and misleading," she wrote.

"I respect my therapist and the process of therapy immensely and leaving a postman waiting at my door, let alone someone I care for, has and will never happen. I hope that you can all see through the creative result and that my intended message will remain where there are painful wounds, a therapist can help you to heal, leaving a small scar as a reminder and adviser for you going forward. Courage is admirable and we all need a little help sometimes," Fleming added.

"Ladies of London" Season 2 is a reality series that follows the loves of British socialites Caroline Fleming, Julie Montagu, Juliet Angus, Annabelle Neilson, Marissa Hermer and Caroline Stanbury.

According to DigitalSpy, the show airs on ITVBe in the UK and airs on Bravo in the US. For US viewers, you may tune in on Bravo or simply watch the all-new episode via this free online stream link here.
