Hoverboard is a levitating board that looks like a skateboard, minus the wheels. This board was featured on "Back to the Future II" when Michael J Fox's Marty McFly used it to escape Griffs gang members in guess what — year 2015.

There had been attempts to create Hoverboards, and recently, Lexus released a video, as part of Amazing in Motion, showing off their own version. Mashable had the chance to try the other version, Robert Bigler.

Here's another version created by Ryan Craven. He calls it Mr Hoverboard, and you might want to check the facts about it below.

1. What's included in the kit?

The kit of Mr Hoverboard includes the board, two hover discs and four blower mounts. The screws and a hex key that will be used to attach these pieces are also included in the box.

What's not included are the Black & Decker LSW20 battery powered blowers. These blowers are important because without them, the board will not hover.

The blowers can be purchased separately on B&D, Amazon and major hardware stores.

2. How much time will it take to be assembled?

Craven said Mr Hoverboard can assembled be in 15 minutes.

3. How does it work?

The air from the blowers is redirected through a special PVC skirt attached to the underside of the board, and as the air escapes, it allows the board to hover over the ground. Like a skateboard, push off your rear foot to gain speed then lift your foot to the board.

Unlike Hendo Hover that will work on Copper and Lexus Slide, which needs a magnetic track, Crowd Supply stated that Mr Hoverboard could work with most hard surfaces.

4. Does it have a weight limit?

It's a yes, Geek has learned. Craven said that it could accommodate riders of up to 160 pounds, and exceeding this weight may cause the skirt to rip or blow out suddenly.

5. How much does it cost?

A total of $780 is what you need, according to Digital Trends. Mr Hoverboard kit cost $420 and the blowers cost $360.

This how Mr Hoverboard was tested.
