Amal Alamuddin and George Clooney are back on the headlines, this time for new divorce rumors. The couple was trending weeks ago because they were said to be adopting a child since they can't have their own yet. The lawyer was also reported to be pregnant but that turned out to be false. They are still child-less after a year after tying the knot.

Amal Alamuddin is now faced with reports that she is at odds with former supermodel Cindy Crawford. IBTimes wrote that the model is being accused of causing marital problems and the lawyer is even mocking her husband's best pal now by commenting she looks like Caitlyn Jenner.

Moreover, some media outlets said that Alamuddin doesn't like Crawford that much and this is allegedly evident in her lack of interest in making friends with the model. This dislike was further heightened after the model's recent appearance on ‘Conan O'Brien' show where she revealed she almost slept with the "Gravity" actor.

As mentioned on E! Online, O'Brien said to Crawford: "George Clooney is very good friends with your husband Rande and I understand that those two enjoy going out on the town together, sometimes having a few drinks -- Is that fair to say?"

In response, Cindy affirmed that her husband and Clooney are close and that they go out at times to enjoy some tequilas. The host then followed it up with "It's gotten a little out of hand at some point, I understand."

To which Cindy answered in affirmative again and then went on to tell a story: "George is very well behaved now that he's married to the lovely Amal, but there was a time before he met Amal that he and Rande had gone out, and they did ask me if I wanted to come. It was a Sunday night and I stayed home with the kids."

The 49-year-old mother of two then shared a time when she almost went to bed with Clooney. "Sometimes if Rande goes out late he'll go into the guest room because the kids will end up falling to sleep with me in my room," she narrated.

Rande's wife continued, "So, I got up because I wanted to make sure he was home safe and I went in the guest room and I see Rande face down on the bed. He still has his motorcycle boots on. And I'm like, 'Really?' So, I go over, I get on the bed and I'm like, 'Hey, babe.' And he looks, and it wasn't Rande. It was George."

Crawford recalled that the incident totally shocked her and George by saying: "And I don't know who was more shocked, me or George, because I've woken George out of a dead, slightly inebriated slumber. So, he was like, 'Oh, my God!' and I was like, 'Oh, my God!' And then I ran out."

Now, this televised confession reportedly infuriated Alamuddin and supposedly placed her marriage with Clooney at risk. However, Gossip Cop came to the rescue and immediately quashed the divorce rumors by stating: "The human rights lawyer is in no way concerned about a funny old story she's heard before, and she's completely secure in her marriage to George. Even more absurd is the notion that Amal is on the verge of divorcing George because of Crawford's innocuous comments."

Amal Alamuddin will not recklessly act in this way according to the publication, then insists that the reports were written just to turn the situation into something sensational and scandalous.
