Bryan Adams Tips Justin Bieber Not To Take Everything Seriously

Despite being both Canadians, Bryan Adams and Justin Bieber are not two artists you would expect to perform together. Due to happenstance, Adams was able to share a moment with Bieber, singing to the words of the 21-year-old popstar's hit single Baby in Berlin, Germany last year in a report by YOU Magazine.
The 56-year-old music legend later told Berliner Zeitung how he wants the popstar to continue having fun and to enjoy what he does. He also passed on the advice that things shouldn't all be taken too seriously, adding that it is the same advice he tells his kids, even though his children are still young.
"Have fun! Enjoy it! Don't take it all too seriously! That's the advice I also give my own kids by the way. Of course you have to be pretty strict as a dad. But luckily my children are still pretty young," Adams said. He also shared how he was late to fatherhood at 51, and now that he has the life experience and is able to get his priorities straight, he can enjoy being a father now more than ever. Adams has two kids with Alicia Grimaldi, whom he says are still too young to be Beliebers. Mirabella is four while Lula is two years old.
Though it is not that much of a surprise how Adams don't really know a lot about Bieber's music, he still looks back at the memory of their duet with fondness, saying that the popstar was very enthusiastic about their performance. Adams suggested they listen to a few of Bieber's songs and pick one, which turned out to be 'Baby'. Adams admitted that it was the only one of all his songs that he was kind of familiar with and he didn't find it embarrassing to say so. "I didn't have much time to learn the song, but luckily it turned out to be very easy," Adams said.
