To keep fans and users calm, Ticketmaster has listed a few tips:
• Sign on the Ticketmaster website ahead of time and store your billing information, so you don’t have to re-enter it.
• Use a closed Wi-Fi network because public networks tend to be slow.
• Partner up with a buddy or a group who can log on simultaneously and help you score a ticket.
• Don’t try to search for tickets on multiple browsers on the same device; Ticketmaster may mistakenly identify you as a ticket bot - which you don't want.
• Look for tickets in smaller groups, rather than trying to get a large amount of tickets together.
