Katie Holmes Engaged To Jamie Foxx? Both Wearing Rings Spurs Engagement Or Secret Wedding Rumors, Have They Been Married This Whole Time?

Actress Katie Holmes was recently photographed wearing an off-the-shoulder black and white tiered flowy dress, as described by NY Daily News. The 37-year-old, posed for a picture with model Camila Alves and actress Maggie Gyllenhaal during the Target Pillowfort launch party on Thursday.
However, it wasn't the event at Highline Stages in Chelsea, or the high profile celebrities everyone was drawn to. Katie Holme's ring finger had a sparkler and it's screaming for attention.
It begs the question - Is Holmes engaged to rumored boyfriend Jamie Foxx? Or is she secretly married already? Womansday also pointed out that Foxx was wearing a ring on his own ring finger a few days ago. However, to quiet down rumors, Holme's rep has announced that she is not engaged. The rep further explained that, "It's a regular ring that has a design of multiple stones in it." Foxx's rep also echoed the same sentiments and claimed that it's just an ordinary gold band, as confirmed by Page Six.
Wendy Williams reported in March last year that the couple has been secretly dating for a year, which makes their relationship about two years today. Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have been divorced since 2012 and Holmes has custody of Suri, their daughter, making her a free agent for years. If they were able to keep their dating hush hush, do you think they can keep a year of being secretly engaged or married in secret?
What are your thoughts about the supposed ordinary ring on a very important finger?
