Kylie Jenner's behind-the-scenes glimpse of her Puma campaign was posted on Snapchat. This comes after her brother-in-law, Kanye West, adamantly denied her association with the brand.
E! News reported that Puma has shared a look behind Kylie Jenner's campaign on Snapchat last Friday. The snaps featured the 18-year-old "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star wearing Puma everything - from her sports bra and leggings.
One major thing that Puma chose to omit in the photo, though, was Kylie's shoes. It was reported that Kanye West was still unhappy with the social media queen's deal with the brand.
The rapper previously tweeted that "1000% there will never be a Kylie Puma anything. That's on my family! 1000% Kylie is on Yeezy team!!!" West is known for his Yeezy line, which he created with Adidas.
Puma confirmed their deal with the 18-year-old "KUWTK" star last month. It was noted that Jenner will earn $1 million for her endorsement.
Moreover, Kylie Jenner was said to have been allowed a "carve out" on her contract for her to be able to wear pieces from Adidas. It is believed that she requested it so that she can still wear Yeezy Boost 350 shoes.
Meanwhile, fans can expect something new from Kylie Jenner and Puma on Apr. 1. According to HollywoodLife.com, the "KUWTK" star's campaign is for the Spring/Summer women's training line.
Mail Online noted that Kanye West admitted that he got angry for a while after learning about Kylie's deal with Puma. "She had already signed and I was mad for a little bit," Kanye said, "but I'm really happy for her though."
The social media queen has already endorsed the brand on her Instagram account. She has posed with Puma leggings, shoes and underwear.
"Kylie represents a fresh and exciting new era for fashion and we couldn't think of a more fitting and influential female to headline this campaign for Puma," Adam Petrick, Global Director of Brand and Marketing for PUMA, said. This came after Kylie's deal with the brand has been confirmed.
