You're not the only one who thinks health insurance helps you work better: a study conducted by Cornell University showed that giving employees health insurance can make them more productive workers.

Having the satisfaction and peace of mind that comes from having good health benefits lets employees feel less stressed and increases their productivity according to online salary database PayScale.com.

Part time jobs with health benefits are even more difficult to find. Many people need to work part time so they can spend more time with their families, or run businesses or pursue their real passion whether that is writing or running a non profit all the while having a steady income.
So which are the jobs that are part-time but also offer good healthcare benefits? Monster suggests a few.

Registered Nurse
At a median hourly pay of $27.90, registered nurses have full healthcare benefits, usually working 12 hour days a week. Hours can be flexible but you may need to work odd hours. Job satisfaction in this industry is also high despite it being stressful.

Surgical Technologist
Surgical technologists have a median hourly pay $17.80 and are commonly called scrub techs. They help out and assist surgeons in the operating room (OR). They generally set up the operating room for surgery and prepare the patient. A part-time work schedule can, however, include odd working hours like holidays and weekends, so be prepared.

School Bus Driver
True, screaming kids and pressure to drive a large vehicle amid the chaos may not be for everyone. But with a median pay rate of $14 per hour, and two routes each in the morning and afternoon can make it worth it.

Job satisfaction can also be a point to consider. Children are open and honest and their innocence can often be refreshing. You are the first thing they see in the morning and the last thing before they go home. In addition, this part time gig can be extended to further extra cash opportunities by volunteering to transport kinds to and from field trips and school events like sports or carnivals.
Also, bus drivers get the same amount of vacation as school children, which, comparatively, is a lot.
