The LG G5 is reportedly better than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium's specs. It is cheaper too.

In their comparison of the two phones, Android Headlines revealed that Sony Xperia Z5 Premium's specs feature a 5.5-inch display with 806 ppi. The LG G5 has a 5.3-inch display with 554 ppi.

Sony's handset has a 23-megapixel rear camera while the G5 only has 16 megapixels. The former has a 5-megapixel front camera while the latter makes up with 8 megapixels.

Sony Xperia Z5 Premium's specs feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 MSM8994 processor with 3 GB of RAM. The LG G5 has a higher version at 820 MSM8996 and also has bigger RAM at 4 GB.

The battery's capacity for the Z5 is at a whopping 3,430 mAh while the G5 only has 2,800 mAh. Sony Xperia Z5 Premium's specs allow the user to have about 19 hours of talk time while LG's handset gives about 20 hours.

"The LG G5 is the clear-cut winner in this comparison," the website wrote. "The Xperia Z5 Premium is a beautiful phone that is already dated because of its processor and it's very expensive to purchase."

Tech Times reported that Sony has provided a fix for the Android Marshmallow update bug that plagued Z5 users. Complainants took to the company's online support page to share their frustrations on the bug.

"As soon as I updated to Marshmallow, I keep getting the 'Unfortunately Google Play Store has stopped...' and the message keeps coming up every 5 seconds," one user posted on the forum. "I tried clearing the cache, deleting data, uninstalling, disabling the app, force closing, signing out of Google and back on. Does not work. I keep getting the pop up non-stop and it happened as SOON as it updated to Marshmallow."

Sony has offered a factory reset but, unfortunately, it does not work for everyone. Apparently, some are still unable to open the Play Store even when they did the reset. A few have discovered that rebooting their device fixed the issue.
