Tech Giant Microsoft has always been known to set the bar higher. In line with that, the much anticipated Surface Phone is taking longer than anticipated. All the more, notions of how this new smartphone could be helpful and beneficial for job seekers arise.

In past report from Forbes, it has been noted that the forthcoming device will set a different tone for mobile users. It is speculated that Microsoft is working on a Surface Phone, which is powered by Windows 10.

According to the same report, it would also feature a Redmond's operating system on a smartphone, just as the Surface Book acts as a laptop demonstrator, the Surface Pro 4 as an ultraportable, and the Surface 3 as a tablet.

However, despite the high innovations embedded on the device, the powerhouse portable would not hit the stall till 2017, which means that job seekers could not use the high end technology that are being promised on the device. On a different note, job seekers could definitely use this new device given that it boasts of super features that could make the job-hunting easier and less hassle.

On the other hand, it was not the first time that Microsoft ventured into other business enterprises. It has been reported in the past by Jobs & Hire that Microsoft aims on helping job seekers out there gain more access to technology and have better resources as they search for their dream job.

Nevertheless, as Microsoft delays the release of its Surface Phone, it stands to reason that the device might not be helpful for the moment but could prove vital and essential once it hits the stalls in 2017.
