The Kindle e-reader available in the market doesn't need to be charged as often as other devices. However, Amazon made sure that charging the Kindle won't be a hassle or that a low-battery Kindle won't stop someone from reading. Thanks to the newest addition to their line-up, one's Kindle will run for months on a single charge.

According to Geek, the Kindle Oasis will feature a unique design. "Instead of being a uniform thickness, it's chunkier along one edge. That gives you a bit more to grip, and keeps you comfortable because the bulk of the weight stays closer to your wrist. It's also where the battery is tucked away - page-turning buttons are also built into the thicker section," the article states.

An article published on Liliputing says the same thing: "The Kindle Oasis features a brand new design with built-in page turn buttons on one side of the screen, and an accelerometer that allows the screen to auatomatically rotate 180 degrees so that the buttons will be on either the left or right side."

On the other hand, if you want a months-long battery life, Amazon offers a case that has a built-in battery, fitting in the Kindle Oasis like it's the missing puzzle piece.

The click-on covers comes in three colors - black, brown, and red - and are considered to be multifunctional. They protect the Kindle reader at the same time extend its battery life. The cover is said to have 12 strong magnets that hold the case and Kindle together. However, this won't be a difficult feat for users as removing the Kindle from the case can be done easily. Once the Kindle and the magnet click-on cover is in place, readers can continue with reading for a long time without having to worry for a low-battery situation.

It is said that the case can charge the Kindle battery when it's unplugged. On the other hand, when plugged, both the cover and the Kindle will be charged.

Anotehr added feature is the upgrading of the LED lights from 6 on the Kindle Voyage and 4 on the Kindle Paperwhite to 10 LED lights for the Kindle Oasis.
