"Twilight" followers were sad to find that Kristen Stewart's and Robert Pattinson are no longer an item and will not be doing shows together. After Stewart's public apology regarding her indiscretions, the two have since separated. Stewart always wanted to become a director or screenwirter. Somebody outside the screen, "I never wanted to be the center of attention - I wasn't that 'I want to be famous, I want to be an actor' kid. I never sought out acting, but I always practiced my autograph because I love pens. I'd write my name on everything." But things worked out anyway.
Now, the star of the teen vampire romance books tries to move on. Her recent role in "Personal Shopper" is a far stretch from the teenage romance dramas. The film, however, received negative reviews from the audience. When it was premiered in Cannes last month, audience members booed the film.
The movie focused on a young American woman's life in Paris. As a personal shopper, she tries to go through her daily life and cope with the death of her brother. According to Jezebel, one audience member said that the film had ghosts, "Actual ghosts," he said. Although met with negative reviews, the film is still being picked up for distribution.
Kristen Stewart has been trying to redefine her acting career. Outside of the Twilight series, Stewart has appeared in a wide variety of films, including Adventureland (2009), The Runaways(2010), Snow White and the Huntsman (2012), On the Road (2012), Camp X-Ray (2014), Still Alice (2014) and Equals (2015)
Indie Wire has it that IFC, the New York based distributor, has been very supportive of Stewart's films since 2012. There is still no official release date for "Personal Shopper" but it's going to happen.
Will fans ever see another Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson movie? It's unlikely.
