Another sinister character may be introduced in the coming "Dragon Ball Super" episodes. Black Goku may confirm Black Vegeta's identity soon.

Design&Trend reported that "Dragon Ball Super" has shown viewers that there are alternate universes in the series. There are even alternate versions of characters such as Future Trunks, Future Cell and Black Goku.

With these characters, it is highly likely that Black Vegeta would be introduced soon. The real Vegeta from Future Trunks' timeline has been confirmed dead. However, the evil version the Saiyan Prince could be in the same universe as Black Goku.

The publication noted that the revelation of Black Vegeta in "Dragon Ball Super" "would be huge." It would also allow Son Goku to fight Black Vegeta without worrying about the real Saiyan Prince's life.

Black Goku even provides a hint on the possibility of a Black Vegeta. His single Potarra earring seems to indicate that he has someone to share it with, who could be the alternate version of the Saiyan Prince.

"Dragon Ball Super" episode 52 showed Future Trunks and Gohan's meeting in the present timeline. The latest installment is filled with flashbacks from Future Trunks regarding Gohan of the future. Goku's son introduced Future Trunks to his family including Pan, Videl and Hercule.

Goku, along with Beerus and Whis, also go to Universe 10 to follow the power level that they felt from Black Goku. A new character, Zamasu, was also revealed at the end of the episode.

Meanwhile, according to Forbes, the story of "Dragon Ball Super" may be connected with "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2." Future Trunks could be the same guy from the Time Patrol.

Moreover, Black Goku may be someone or something from the Demon Realm that has taken over the Saiyan's body. The first "Dragon Ball Xenoverse" game focused on time-traveling demons, which led to speculations that "Xenoverse 2" and "Dragon Ball Super" are connected.
