Apple cider vinegar with mother(ACV) is an organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar containing "mother," strands of proteins, friendly bacteria, and enzymes that give the product a cobweb-like, murky look. Apple cider vinegar with mother taken in little quantities should not offer many risks, but taking in larger amounts on a regular basis could prove problematic due to its high acidic State. Problems ranging from harm to the teeth to lower potassium levels, lower bone density, and interaction with some medications could result.
