She also said that she already has the name of the actor, but she can't say it. "I do have someone in mind, but I can't say it, Rowling said. "Because if that person doesn't get cast, then the person who does get cast will blame me forever for having said it, won't they?"

For now, she will be keeping quiet and leave people to speculate on who that actor is. But she did say she will reveal the actor if he is chosen to play the young and different Albus DumbledoreThe Dumbledore in the sequel of the "Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them" will be much different from the Dumbledore that everyone has grown to love in the Harry Potter series.

Time reports that Rowling said that in the "Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them" sequel, people will be seeing the Hogwarts Headmaster during the  formative  period of his life. "You will see Dumbledore as a younger man and quite a troubled man," she said. "He wasn't always the sage..."

When asked about Dumbledore's relationship with Gellert Grindelwald, to be played by Johnny Depp, Rowling didn't want to reveal much as there are still a lot to unpack about their relationship. She just said that their relationship will be explored throughout the five-part story of the "Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them" franchise.

Another different characteristic that Dumbledore will show in the sequel is that he will be openly gay. She said that when it comes to Dumbledore's sexuality in "Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them," "watch this space."
