Millennials would love to work, and nothing can hinder them from getting hired despite the fact that it is already in the fourth and last quarter of 2016. Indeed, holidays do not exempt companies from hiring, and millennials from getting hired.

Will a millennial do good in their workplace? This has no longer been a question to most of the companies because millennials have already proven their worth. With the current education system and all the other technologies that are in the present world, millennials are good enough to be hired in one snap. Just one thing left to check: are they responsible enough for the job?

Getting the millennials hired is not that hard if they will be consistently responsible for the tasks that are assigned to them. The next thing then that we need to check is if there are companies willing to hire this month, knowing that the year is already about to end.

Indeed, for all we know, companies are hiring even in the ast part of the year in preparation for the pile of tasks next year. As per the report of the CareerBuilder in Forbes' release, there is around 34 percent of the total number of employers who are thinking of hiring millennials for full-time positions this month. This has already been the pattern for the last few years; companies are confirmed hiring even in the fourth quarter of the year.

Because there are only a few millennials applying for work in the last quarter, companies are worried about how are they going to handle the pile of tasks in the first month of 2017.

"We are trying to find great talent to hire in December but noticed a lot less applicants apply during the holiday time," Shawn Porat, the Co-CEO of Scorely exclaimed.

"Please do not stop applying because of the holidays. There are employers like us that are looking for engineers, business development, and sales staff to join our team. Our application rate falls in December," he continued.

December is the month full of holidays, but holidays should never be considered an exception in applying for positions because companies are getting ready for their next year's success. Keep your neck ties up and apply.
